This app is operated by the management of Babar Academy, Kandaan School and Lahore College (Pakistan) to run day-to-day school administration — admissions, attendance, fees, examinations, learning notes and staff records — and to give parents and students access to their own information.
The app does not collect information from your phone in the background — no location tracking, no contact-list access, no advertising identifiers.
Only to run the schools: marking attendance, preparing fee vouchers and results, contacting guardians about their own child, and giving each parent or student access to their own records. Nothing is sold or shared with advertisers or any third party. WhatsApp messages, when enabled, are sent only to the guardian's own registered number about their own child.
Access is restricted by login role: school staff see only their own campus's records according to their job role, and a parent or student login sees only that family's own information.
Data is stored on a secured cloud server with encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Passwords are stored in encrypted form and cannot be read by anyone, including the administrators.
Guardians may ask the school office at any time to see, correct, or remove their family's information, subject to the school's legal record-keeping requirements.
Student records are created and managed by the school with guardian consent as part of enrolment. Student/parent logins are read-only views of the family's own records.
